Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the mq8 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Eligibility Summary: You must be 21+, a legal user of online gaming services in your jurisdiction, and must not hold any other active mq8 account. Any breach of these conditions entitles mq8 to suspend your account without notice.
Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update any information that subsequently becomes inaccurate. mq8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. mq8 will never request a Member's password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through a Member's Account is the Member's responsibility. Members must notify mq8 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.
mq8 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Members may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or before certain account thresholds are reached. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
mq8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All financial transactions on the mq8 platform are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by mq8 are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means a RM 100 bonus requires RM 3,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). mq8 publishes contribution rates for each game category.
mq8 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: multiple accounts claiming the same promotion, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine play risk, and collusion between Members.
All games available on the mq8 platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between a game interface display and mq8's server-side records, the server-side records shall prevail. mq8 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on a game experiencing a technical malfunction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mq8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming sessions due to technical interruption, or errors in game outcomes attributable to Member misunderstanding of game rules.
mq8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the aggregate net deposits made by that Member in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits mq8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
mq8 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mq8 does not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties outside of licensed payment processing and regulatory reporting obligations.
mq8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered account address and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the mq8 platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Members who do not accept amended terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
